A fun place for dinner, with great music. Arrive for the beautiful sunset to make the most of the open plan dinning area. And stay for a cocktails after on the roof. It’s a set menu, and food was mostly ok, small portions but varied. Great atmosphere once the music kicks in and all the tables are dancing. They did how ever mess up our booking, so worth double checking before you arrive!

You main goal should be enjoying the view of Old City during the dinner. Food is average . Make your reservation in advance. Try to go there before sunset to have your pre dinner drink at rooftop terrace bar then go one floor down to enjoy your terrace view during your dinner.

Firuze is a relatively new place that is one of the best options to eat meze food with an amazing view. We tried a bunch of different cold and warm starters and they were all very delicious. The desert was also very very good; we had the soufflé and another ovened tahini desert. The service was also good the staff was pretty attentive. The music is Turkish pop which got a bit too loud towards the end. The price is also average- same with most other similar places. I would recommend this place.

Great view! It’s better to act fast and try to reserve a table beside the balcony/window. Food and service were also quite good.

Amazing atmosphere and brilliant service! The food was exceptional and it takes Turkish food to a different level! The ambience is to die for, especially as it overlooks the Bhosphorus. The evening sunset must be incredible! I would certainly try it out one more time. However, if it's in the summer, I would book a table on the terrace so that one could avoid avid smokers inside.

Appetizers and main dishes were perfect. It has an excellent panaromic view of the Bosphorus. Prices were quite high but it is worth it.

My first time in Firuze was truly enjoyable. It was totally empty on a lunch time, which is a good thing considering how everywhere is packed in Istanbul. I heard that it becomes crowded on dinner time though. Anyway, all starters were delicious. I especially loved the sea bass in the picture.
